Rename StringTable to SQStringTable (conflict with FreeImage)?

Would it be possible to rename StringTable to SQStringTable? This was causing a link error in static lib builds with FreeImage's StringTable, specifically, when using Ogre (www.ogre3d.org), which uses FreeImage. Doing this on my local copy works fine.
